Your contract for purchases is with "Titanic Art" and you agree that all goods ordered are for your own private use and are not for resale.
If you are under 18, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian.
You agree that email may be used as a means of communication. When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
Prices listed on titanicart.co.uk are correct at the time of publication, however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. Prices include VAT but not P&P.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. No contract will exist between you and "Titanic Art" until we dispatch the product to you.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 5 working days. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in multiple shipments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you will have to contact us for specific P&P charges and may also have to pay additional charges within your country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
